The worst experience ever!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I ordered an assorted arrangement, terrible. I was not happy and attempted to allow them to fix the issue by letting them replace the first still horrible (which I still had to pay for they only gave me a 20% refund) They would not issue a refund, only 30% of the cost of the flower only for the second arrangement. Both times I ordered the deluxe for the wow factor and I got a wow factor alright a wow they are horrible!!! I was so embarrassed by both arrangements and I'm even more upset that From You Flowers would not refund my money. I tried to get them to make it right, but the customer service was just as bad. Never again!!
