I needed a beautiful deluxe bouquet of flowers delivered to my daughter’s celebration of life. It was supposed to be delivered the 3rd of October but did not arrive. I emailed, chatted, and finally called in absolute grief and tears and I was told HE was so embarrassed!!! Are you kidding me!? They offer a money back guarantee but I told him I was not interested in money back! I wanted the most beautiful flowers delivered to my daughter’s house! He promised an upgrade to Premium. I will say he added a credit to the site which I won’t use with a $15 delivery charge and said he gave me $10 back (we will see) but the flowers when finally delivered were not even deluxe let alone premium. I emailed again and was promised they’ll be delivered “when we find a better florist” which translated means never! I’m so embarrassed and angry that I spend nearly $70 for what I could have bought Publix for $12! IF they make this right, I will gladly upgrade my review for now I think they’re scammers.
