I would give 0 stars if possible! You should be ashamed of the company you're running! Totally false advertisement! I confirmed with your customer service that my arrangement would be pre-arranged in a vase, but lo and behold, when it was delivered, it was in a damn box! This person just lost a loved and and now they have to assemble their own flowers?! They don't have time for that! No where on the website did it say it would come like that! The rep had the nerve to say this particular item was not available for same-day delivery but you guys sure took my damn money for this fee didn't you! God I wish I read your horrible reviews before order from your scam ass company! I hope you go bankrupt!
