Wish I had read the reviews FIRST!!! I was horrified when my friend convalescing from heart surgery sent me a photo of what was actually delivered for the COTTON CANDY arrangement. The delivery had ONE single rose and a couple of cheap wilting flowers and too much greenery fillers !! When I called the person said they would do a redelivery but seemed unfazed by my call. While polite , there was a cold indifference. This prompted me to look up reviews. It will be interesting to see what the redelivery will look like but I highly doubt I will use them again. My 1st order was a food basket which seemed to go well. This was my 2nd order, but 1st floral arrangement order. I was so embarrassed!!!
