Ordered sympathy flowers, paid all the fees for same day delivery only to get a call the next day saying they couldn't locate a florist to deliver them so the best they could do would be the following day, 2 days after my initial order. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me back the expedited delivery cost of $2.99 that I paid on top of the initial delivery fee.
The next day I get an email saying sorry for the delivery but the earliest they can deliver will be the following day. This too never happened. 4 days later I reach out to them and find out that they are still not scheduled to be delivered. They said I would received a full refund.
We shall see. Terrible!! Do not order from them.
