I put an order in three days before my daughter‘s birthday to have flowers delivered ON her birthday (it was a business day) I checked on my order periodically through the day and it indicated the order would be delivered by 6 PM. I called at 7 PM when the flowers still had not been delivered. They told me they were not going to be delivered and they would give me $10 off of my order to deliver them tomorrow! Bottom line, they didn’t deliver them on her birthday. I wanted my daughter to receive the flowers for her birthday! I purposely ordered them three days in advance so they would be delivered on her birthday! I will never use this company again.
