I ordered the largest bouquet option and what arrived was nothing like the photo. It was only 8 inches in height and diameter. A tiny, lame, bouquet in a standard round vase. I specifically ordered a more modern square vase bouquet. The colors were not the same. I was so embarrassed and upset. In addition, it came from Safeway, not a professional florist. “Safeway” was plastered across the top of the greeting card. I paid $73 for a $20 bouquet. Mortified and embarrassed. After speaking to a supervisor they offered to give me a 50% refund. I paid $73 and they refunded $28. Never again will I order from this company. Beware!!!
