I ordered an expensive Sympathy flower arrangement 2 days before the service. I even paid extra money for an early delivery! When we arrived to the service, we noticed that the arrangement was not there! When I went to check the status online, it still said "processing". At this point I didn't even want the arrangement to be delivered, the funeral service had already started! I was livid that I didn't receive notification of the issue! Had I not been present, I would have never known the flowers weren't delivered! So I went to complain on the live chat. Their response: "Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services of S/O Johnnie Mae Williams. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and know that we made every attempt to find a vendor to deliver as requested.
We understand the importance of sending flowers during a time of loss, and we would be happy to reroute a delivery of a suitable arrangement to the family’s home if you could provide us with the address."
The recipient's home address is 5 minutes away from the funeral home, so in that case FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM would be unsuccessful in locating a florist for this delivery. In my research, the town has THREE florists! So I asked for a full refund. Poor customer service and I will no longer use this company.
