Plus, my recipient was in the hospital in ICU. Every attempt to cancel, pause delivery or change delivery was a waste of time. Delivery was by UPS. I had to go to the hospital to intercept delivery, which was a waste of my time. Overall, buying from Flowers From You was a waste. I will order from a local florist from now on. They do deliver Professionally Arranged Flowers, easy to contact and probably cheaper.
