This is beyond sad. Paid the extra to expedite service by 12 noon today (11/30) didn't arrive until after 4pm. On top of that the flowers didn't look anything like the photo. WTH!! It took me calling back to back to finally get someone on the line to clear this up. They wanted to send another arrangement out...NOPE! I should have looked at the reviews before hand. Never again will I use this service. pictures are attached what I got and what I ordered.
