This is the company I've ever had to deal with. I was sending something to someone who has major depression had just lost their job and it was her birthday and wasn't delivered that day and the next 3 days I kept getting a letter saying that it was either delayed another day or I got a text saying that he was actually delivered at night ..it was not delivered Imagine if I were to send like a huge set of flowers to a funeral.I mean really it's got to be done. yeah.Don't ever work with this company .supposed delivery was Monday. It o is now Thursday. At 12 noon and still not resolver
