Had flowers sent to my girlfriend’s job and paid extra for them to be there by 12. 1230 and still not there. So I used the chat option and explained everything and the guy said the order has been processed nothing I can do! F’N BS so I called and spoke to someone and they offered me a 30% off!! I’m not ordering from you people again what is 30% going to do. They didn’t even offer to refund my delivery fee. I got nasty and said refund me my money in full or I’m going to report you to the BBB and finally after yelling at him he finally did. F this place. Don’t shop here!!
