I had an incredibly disappointing experience with From You Flowers. I ordered a premium dish garden for a special occasion, but what was delivered was a basic and underwhelming piece that was nowhere close to what I paid for. To make matters worse, the delivery didn’t even happen on time. I had to call their customer service FIVE times just to get it delivered, which completely ruined the purpose of the gift. The lack of quality and poor customer service were shocking. For a company that claims to specialize in thoughtful gifts, they completely failed to deliver both in product and service. I strongly recommend that others stay away from From You Flowers. Don’t waste your money or time—there are far better options out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
