My friends mother passed away unexpectedly so I wanted to send her flowers. I paid for same day delivery and by 9pm they still were not delivered. I reached out and the company told me once they got confirmation that they weren't delivered they would get back to me. I told them the confirmation was the fact that they weren't delivered. They refunded me half the price of the flowers and told me they would be delivered today. It is now 7pm and no flowers. I called and got nowhere and was told they would be delivered tomorrow and upgraded. However they could not give me an logical reason as to why this was happening. I told them it was beyond unacceptable, I have a grieving friend whose mother passed 3 days ago now and all I want to do is send her flowers and they refuse to give me a reason as to why they can't fulfill this order. The girl continued to sit in silence as I explained to her why I was so mad and had nothing to say other than to put me on hold and tell me they would arrive tomorrow. We shall see
