I ordered a christmas arrangement for my sister that lives out of state from me on 12/18/24 for a delivery date of 12/23/24.The 23rd evening no email no updates nothing
I called customer service the gentleman apologized for my inconvenience and stated they will be delivered tomorrow.So mad!! Their chat line wasnt much help either.I requested a refund and she stated a 20% refund would be given and their florist would be contacted?? Have no idea if my sister will get her arrangement
