I had flowers set to be delivered to my 80 year old mother at a cost of $186.77 on December 24th. Now it is 6pm and they have not been delivered, and I just received an email saying the address is too remote. However they have delivered to this address several times before.
Now they’ve replied saying they can deliver on 12/31. apparently it’s not too remote for New Years Eve. I’m filing a chargeback and never using this company again after being a long time repeat customer.
It’s sad to see a business destroyed overnight but that’s what happens when they let thousands of people down on a holiday and understaff with phone reps from foreign countries.
