Used on granddaughters "get well soon" was great, so used for Daughter bday, What A Mistake ! Not only did they Not do what I paid them to do, my problem was they didn't tell me till it was too late to use someone else and get daughter a present from someone else. They waited till after delivery time and then notify me won't be able to make delivery ! NOT RIGHT, should be able to sue for damages, they have damaged me. These companies that just use words of apology with nothing there !
