I was at home until 4:30 PM on the delivery day and it didn’t make it. I did not receive a message or call indicating that the delivery was delayed or in progress. Much to my surprise when I arrived home the vase and bouquet we laying on its side on my front porch with ice forming in the vase. Now neighbors on both sides of my house were home that evening and did not indicate to me that anyone tried to contact them. The driver could have attempted to contact me or either of my neighbors but didn’t. If I could rate this delivery with a negative amount I WOULD.
