I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 28th of December for 12:30 and at 1:10 I get a call from their customer service wanting to know about the funeral home when clearly it says a church with all the correct information, then she wanted to know about delivering them later to the recipient which the flowers were for the deceased memorial. After that question I was just done and replied give me my refund...I don't care what kind of discounts they give I will never do business with them again
