Absolutely frustrating and horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for next day delivery. Paid extra for it. Was told over and over and OVER that my arrangement was out for delivery. Then someone from a call center would call and say "We apologize. We will make sure the flowers get delivered." IT NEVER HAPPENED. I don't need apology after apology. I didn't even get upset at the people over the phone. I simply stated I was frustrated and have lost trust in this company. If I hear one more time that it is out for delivery I will scream. Then I get another call saying the florist ok'd the oder. Then I get another email saying the local florist did not pick up the order. Seriously do NOT use this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. AND I still have been charged. There are far better TRUSTED flower companies. The sad part of this is the importance of the flowers. It has now been over a week and the meaning behind them is lost.
