On the evening of the delivery date, I received a notice stating that the flowers had been delivered, but no delivery had actually occurred. When I called customer service, the representative said that it seemed the flowers had not been delivered and assured me they would arrive the next day. Although I requested a full refund, which was granted, there was no apology offered. I also inquired about the carrier used for delivery so I could track the order myself, but they refused to disclose any information about the delivery process.
