I ordered a beautiful premium bouquet to be delivered on my mother’s birthday. The bouquet was delivered the day after her birthday and simply left on her doorstep in the snow and was frozen before she discovered it.
She sent a picture of the bouquet which looked cheap and hardly anything like the beautiful premium bouquet we thought we ordered.
