Please read the reviews before doing business with this company, I wish I had. I ordered flowers from this company on the morning 21 January for a funeral that was taking place on 22 January at 6:00pm. All day on 22 January I checked the status of this order online and it kept saying scheduled for delivery. At 6:30pm I contacted From you Flowers and was told that the flowers were not delivered. I was told that they would be delivered the following day. I told the phone rep that I wanted a refund, he kept asking me if I had another address that I wanted them delivered to. I advised him that the funeral had concluded and I wanted to cancel the order and request a refund. He continually asked if I had another address where the flowers could be delivered the next day. Finally he stated that the order was canceled and I should expect a refund within 3-5 business days. Afterwards I checked the reviews and found that this occurs frequently where orders are not delivered. I will not be doing business with this company again.
