THEY ARE A FRAUD. I placed a $50 order with a note saying it was from me. However, I used a friend's debit card (different than my name) and it was flagged. Up to there I totally can respect and understand. HOWEVER, it's been a week and my friend has not received her money back and they did not provide the service. In fact, they told my friend that the order was voided but that she needs to send bank info to get her money back. How do you not provide a service, but keep the money??? I ended up ordering through 1800flowers.com with no issues! They excelled on my order :) TOTALLY RECOMMEND 1800FLOWERS.COM
