Ordered a week ago, paid extra for delivery guaranteed before noon. Order did not arrive before noon. Contacted customer service and could not understand the customer service rep. He did refund the extra money that I had paid for delivery before noon, and he did offer $10 credit. I guess I'm tired of companies promising things, and charging for them, and then not delivering on the promise. Yeah I got the extra money back, but they still got $60 and the day was ruined because the flowers didn't arrive on time.
