Absolutely Horrible experience. Ordered an advertised same day delivery arrangement for their website. Not only was it NOT delivered that day but was then "substituted" with flowers that looked like they were purchased at walmart for 5.00. After several lengthy conversations they were to deliver the actual bouquet today. Just recieved ANOTHER communication that they yet again cannot be delivered. Their website is full of fraudulent promises. There is no "same day" delivery and if you choose one of the advertised bouquets just be aware that's not what your purchasing! Would absolutely NOT recommend them. Horrible!
