My order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, for which I paid an additional delivery charge. The delivery window was set between 8 AM and 6 PM. When it didn't arrive by the promised time, I reached out via chat after facing multiple issues with their customer service—my calls were dropped twice, and on the third attempt, the representative was unable to communicate in English. At 7 PM, I was assured that my order would definitely arrive by the end of the night. However, when I checked their website on Monday morning, I found they had unilaterally changed the delivery date to Monday. When I contacted them again, they still could not provide a guaranteed delivery time. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
