Ordered the deluxe bouquet for valentines day paid to have flowers delivered on the 14th but still showed up on the 13th. Bouquet was horrible NOTHING like what was expected. More like a 10.00 box chain store bouquet. not the 65.00 bouquet I ordered.Totally ruined the occasion apologized several times to my wife. Would not recommend this company to anyone go order eles where ie 800 flowers. Only refunded half my money.. smh
