I have used this company for 3 yrs for Valentine’s Day! The first year I ever had an issue. I gave them the correct address. They for some reason couldn’t locate the place. I call back. They tell me they can’t refund me 100+$. But my husband won’t receive the gift for VDay. But they can deliver it Monday after. Wack AF. Will never use you all again!
