Two Dozen Roses that were ordered were not quality roses. Flowers came in a box shipped via ups, not as noted per their site as being "Florist Arranged Flowers". Roses were withered, dry, petals were decayed, leaves were decayed, roses were wrapped and smushed in plastic wrap, some stems were broken. Definitely not what is shown on their website. Vase had hairline crack that leaked once water was put in. Two orders total was $176, when I requested refund, they only offered $32.
