I ordered flowers for my elderly mom, as Valentines Day was coming up. (I ordered them 3 days ahead for a 2/14 delivery, not the day of.) On the night of the 13th, at about 10:30pm, I received an email that the flowers were delivered...first red flag, as it was so late. Checked with my mom first thing the next morning, no delivery. I called, spoke to someone apparently in another country, he told me he didn't know why the flowers weren't delivered but that he could set us up for a 2/15 delivery...but there would be a charge for the change in delivery date. I told him there would be no charges added, as this was your mistake, not mine. He agreed and clarified that they would send red, pink, & white flowers for 2/15. I said fine, as long as they were Valentines Day colors. He said 'I don't know about that.' (???)
Of course on 2/15 there was no flower delivery. I called again, asking this time for a full refund. They quickly refunded my account and offered to send my mom a complimentary bouquet, along with an apology, and I said yes, please do. Flash forward to 2/17, 8pm, I get a message that 'There's a problem with your delivery, pls call us back.' So I call back and get a woman who could not figure out what the problem was, she kept insisting that they refunded me. I told her yes, you refunded me...but you guys called ME! I returning YOUR phone call! No clue at all. I had to hang up because I can't spend any more time on this. So all in all, my mom has no flowers, and I've wasted SO MUCH TIME talking to these idiots. I will never use From You Flowrrs again, and I'll make sure that none of my friends or family will use them either.
