A premium flower arrangement was ordered. ‘Bursting With Joy’ arrangement.
The flowers that were delivered were absolutely nowhere near what the website picture indicated.
I understand there might a ‘slight substitution’, as their website says, although what was delivered was not as such. It was a complete different design, flowers and vase.
So far, their resolution to this issue? A $10 gift certificate to use on my next order. There will NOT be a future order.
