Ordered flowers to be delivered 4 days ago and paid for the expedited fee, so that the flowers would be delivered early today. It is almost 11:30, and still have not been delivered. I will never use this company again. If I would have ordered them this morning with the expediting fee, I would understand a bit of the delay, but this is far from acceptable. On top of it the Customer Service rep could only confirm they have not been delivered and apologized for the delay. Use a different service or just buy local!!!
