I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered the same day. From You Flowers actually sent me an e-mail to confirm my flowers had been delivered in 3/6. Fast forward to 3/10 and my friend texted me to thank me for the flowers that had just been delivered. From You Flowers refunded me less than 30% and completely ignored the fact that they’d lied about the delivery. In all honesty…you hotta wonder how many deliveries they “confirm” that don’t actually get delivered; particularly when it comes to sympathy flowers. Disgusting! Don’t use them.
