BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE "FOR YOU FLOWERS". Have ordered from them twice now. The most recent order was placed weeks prior for a specific day delivery. A UPS # was generated the evening prior to delivery date and was "In route". The next update was a message advising the order would be delayed by 5 days. I immediately called customer service and was offered a 30% discount which I declined twice, and demanded a full refund. Was finally given the refund but they said the flowers would still arrive 5 days later which I said they would be dead flowers at the time they would finally arrive. Ridiculous. The first time I ordered from this company, the flowers arrived on time but 1/2 were completed wilted and the petals fell off when picked up. I immediately called for them to replace them at their expense and was told they could give me 50% off my order which I said Nope.. I wanted them replaced immediately. The new flowers were fresh, but dang it was a frustrating experience. Awful experience and I will never use From You Flowers again. I learned my lesson on using a company that uses UPS to deliver rather than in person. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Pay the extra $$ and get a local florist. Im surprised they are still in business!
