I ordered a basket for some special friends in another state. The next day, I received confirmation that the package had been delivered. However, when I contacted everyone waiting for the package at the designated location, I discovered that no one had received it.
I then reached out to the customer service of “FOR YOU FLOWERS.” They informed me that the package had been delivered by hand and suggested I check with the office over the apartment building. Unfortunately, the apartment building doesn’t have an on-site office.
I had provided the apartment number so that people would be expecting my package. As a result, I received numerous calls from the customer service department as I tried to understand what had gone wrong. They offered to redeliver the package, but I didn’t want to lose my money, so I opened a case on PayPal.
I felt compelled to do this because I had spent a significant amount of money trying to make nice gift for my friends. After they informed me that they would redeliver the package, they suddenly informed me that they were unable to deliver it due to an open dispute.
This is puzzling because the redelivery was scheduled eight hours before the dispute was opened. Did they call the carrier and cancel the redelivery, or did they simply not send for a new delivery? This entire situation appears to be a scam.
Rest assured, I will never order from this company again.
