I was just on the phone trying to place an order. They insist on the recipients phone # but I was afraid I'd lose my order if I clicked off to get to phone #'s, so I called. The guy that answered was impossible for me to understand. He kept asking for "I Chris" finally I figured out it was address. And it just got worse. I could hear other operators in the background. I got uncomfortable and cancelled the order. I have to go and cancel the money. It wasn't just my inability to understand as much as the feeling of unprofessional help. Or, my trick knee.
