My husband is not able to be with me for my birthday, he coordinated a special day so I wouldn’t be heartbroken and alone, and guess what, the flowers he specifically wanted that held a much deeper meaning never arrived, when it was brought up to customer service the evening of my bday we were told they would be there the next day and upgraded, again never arrived, when we called back I was told they would have them to me in 5 days, almost a week after my bday. Customer service was not helpful or trying to come up with a solution and condescending actually, they were just fine to refund the money and cancel my order though. At the end of the day I want my flowers but more than anything I wanted the card and his sweet message. I am so disappointed in this experience
