It has ruined my surprise, and I’m very disappointed.
I changed the delivery date and they said they'll deliver it on 28 but they suddenly delivered it on 25th so I talked about to them and they said they'll deliver it again on 28th but the delivery status hasn’t changed since it said "delivered" on the 25th, even though it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th. They also never issued a new order number, so the status has remained the same.
And still she hasn't gotten the flowers on 28th.
I had to ask my partner a couple of times, which made me feel stupid and also annoyed her.
Last time, when the package was delivered, she didn’t receive any notification at her apartment, so I'm still not confident about the previous delivery either.
I also tried to log in to my account, but even when I press the button, I can’t log in. When I try to register using my email, it says the account already exists.
