So I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and she never got them on the day I chose. So fuming, I called customer service wondering where my order is. Well I got this super nice women who apologizes and gave me an upgrade and my mother got her flowers that next day! Totally beautiful and my mom was super happy! Definitely went out of their way to fix it!
