“I asked for refund but you ignore it and email insisting me to order again from a company that was not able to deliver as promised . FTD flowers did not make a proper delivery for me. It was left outside and customer service had said they would deliver it in person. I will never order from FTD flowers ever again and am requesting you to mail me a check with refund as a good business practice.”

“FTD flower delivery. The flowers I ordered as a thank you for a friend were not only delivered after business hours at my friends place of business but they were not anything like the picture they advertised online. What they sent after my friend had left for work was pitiful. I requested a full refund. They offered me $20 on an order over $100 that looked nothing like what I requested. Don’t waste your money on the company. I am so disappointed and embarrassed.”

“The flowers were ok and they were dilivered on time BUT...the image in the ad shows a specific vase in the shape of a happy face mug type thing. That was the only reason I ordered it. And after going back I've seen that they have been out of this for a while. Basically, fraud. They could have removed that a long time ago and not used it as an advertisement.”

“I wanted to have flowers delivered to my mother at work for the start of her 30th year with her company. I placed the order online almost a week in advance. I selected that it was a business so I assumed they would be there by 5 at the very latest. When they weren't delivered by 3 I called and was assured they would be delivered by 5. When I called them back at 5 when they had not been delivered, they assured me they would be delivered by 6. That did not help me since the store was closed by then. I called them the next day after receiving a notice that they had been delivered. I was told they were delivered at 10:30 at night...to a business...seriously? The delivery driver left them at the front door of the business overnight. Mind you this is a retail business on a public street lined with other businesses and foot traffic. They could have been taken at any time. While they were indeed there when my mom showed up to work the next morning, they were AWFUL. I spent $85 dollars on this arrangement and I am not exaggerating when I say I have seen nicer ones in the grocery store for $19.99...what a joke. I am usually pretty understanding with this kind of thing because I work in retail too and I know things happen, but the entire experience was awful from start to finish. I will NEVER use this company again.”
