“Worse company ever. My sister never received her easter flowers and FTD told me we just didn't deliver them. We'll stick a few more flowers in and deliver in a few days. I'm out $300 and no flowers and no one to talk to but overseas operators who have no clue how to help or understand. I'll never use FTD again. Stupid me, this was the second time they screwed up the delivery”

“I am so disappointed. I placed an order for flowers on the morning of April 17th and chose from the same day delivery options. I chose an $85 bouquet. By that evening, I hadn't heard anything from my friend so I checked the order. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted FTD to see what happened. They told me that they were sorry and that this never happens and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. Well, today came and went,and again, I didn't hear anything so I checked again. Still not delivered. I call again tonight and they told me that they were sorry and that this never happens and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. I said, no thank you, I would like a refund. I feel like an awful friend. My friend really needed that pick-me-up. Going forward, I will only use a local florist in the area and speak directly to them. I wish I could give zero stars.”
“Ordered flowers 1 day before my anniversary. At 8 pm after I called they said they couldn't get a hold of the florist. After 2 agents and 12 minutes wasted of my life, I was offered 20% off and the flowers to be delivered the next day. My anniversary is today and 20% off is a slap to the face. My advice, Don't waste your time or money with FTD, find a local florist for your flower needs.”
“This site was terrible. They delivered 2 days after the event i had ordered it to be delivered for. I paid for same day shipping. They refunded me for the same day shipping and said it would get delivered the next day. They didn't deliver it the next day. I called again and requested something be done to make this right as we are now two days past the event i wanted the flowers for. They refunded me 30% of the amount i paid, which i was happy about. I regret using this company. I'm nervous to even ask the receiver what the flowers looked like.”
“My daughter sent me flowers, they arrived out if water, nothing around the stems, two sunflower heads were broken, roses blown, straw flowers wilted. I call the number on the gift box and was told they had no record of sending me flowers. Gave them all the information on the shipping label, and was told to call back with correct names of sender/reciever! This is the second time...and the LAST time we do business with this group. Customer service is DEAD my friends! There's the way it is...and the way it ought to be...and that's the difference in my generation and these morons! Might as well thrown a hundred dollar bill on the ground!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent $100+ on a bouquet of flowers for my best friends birthday and the bouquet she received was barely worth $20. The flowers were sparce and the ones that were put in the vase were already wilting. She lives in FL and I live in the north east so its not like I could go to florists and bring them to Germany myself. I submitted x2 complaints and received no response. Horrible company and will absolutely NEVER use again”
“My order was cancelled by FTD on the day that it was supposed to be delivered. Customer Service stated that they needed to verify that I was the account holder for my credit card that they billed. I've never had a problem with them before and I wont again since I will be using a different service from now on.”

“I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews before placing my order. I ordered an already overpriced arrangement and then spent even more by going with the exquisite bouquet. The arrangement delivered was half of what was shown on the order screen and they missed the delivery time for a business by almost two hours. I asked them to provide the name of the local florist and they would not. Go figure. I would not recommend FTD nor the FTD florist in Ft Myers they subbed the order to.”
“I was told twice that my delivery would be delivered the next day after placing the order. Not only did it continue to be delayed, but the representative I spoke with was the least bit helpful and repeated the same sorry excuse and did not help. I will NEVER order through this company again nor will I recommend this service to anyone.”

“Spent whole day tracking an order that says it was delivered. It was not. Spoke to customer service about 10 times with different responses and information. Probably India. Completely Exhaustive, unrewarding, unacceptable experience. Came here to see reviews. Should have come here first.”
“I ordered 20 peonies. I received 10 wilted peonies. I was offered a 30% discount. I declined and they offered 50% off. I was using the bouquet to test a tablescape, so they offered to resend. When they resent, they sent 9 out of the 20 peonies. They again offered a 30% discount and I declined. They offered a 50% discount and I declined. They finally transferred me to a manager. She spent 5 minutes verifying information. I explained the situation - less than half of the stems were sent. She told me she had to track the order and put me on hold for a few minutes. She came back and said the peonies would take a few days to bloom because they were delivered by UPS. She clearly was not listening to anything that I told her. After being on the phone for a half hour I was refunded. ”
