“had a terrible experience with this website, and I feel compelled to warn others. I placed an order for flowers, and while the website initially confirmed the order, I never received the delivery. After a few days, I reached out to their customer service, and they sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered. However, I never received anything.
It’s obvious that this is a scam. Their communication is vague, and the delivery tracking doesn’t exist. I strongly recommend avoiding this website. There are many legitimate online florists—don’t waste your money here”
“Flowers were never delivered to my sister . I called FTD and they replied that they were. I asked for proof or the phone number of the florist. They responded that they couldn’t share the information. Beyond frustrated. It was her 50th birthday and she has health problems. No flowers and no service. Never order from FTD”

“I should have checked reviews before ordering from FTD. Wanted a particular Christmas arrangement sent to a friend who lives away. The flowers did arrive. However the vase was completely different, and the flowers were not "arranged". Look like a toddler had shoved them in a Mason jar. Terribly disappointed.”

“Absolutely awful experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral that were to be delivered at the funeral home at noon. When the flowers weren’t there at 2 pm, I called the company. They told me the flowers could not be delivered due to a transportation issue. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes asking for the name of the florist so I could go pick up my order. It is “against their policy” to reveal the name of the florist. We were willing to go and pick them up if they were not able to be delivered. I also expressed my dissatisfaction because I was the one who called them and not the other way around. It seemed they were hoping I wouldn’t notice they weren’t delivered and I would lose out on $180, which would go in their pocket.
While we were issued a refund, it did not help us as we wanted the family to receive the flowers.
Ultimately, our order was delivered at 5 pm. They were delivered from a florist over half an hour away. For reference, I am in New York City where there are MULTIPLE florists nearby. Also, the florist was told to deliver between 6 and 8 pm, even though we requested and had confirmed 12 noon for delivery. I will say the flowers were beautiful!
Not receiving your flowers at any time is not acceptable. Not receiving flowers for a funeral when you are mourning the loss of your loved one is absolutely awful and shouldn’t ever happen. I was quite disgusted by FTD’s lack of remorse for the situation. Please stay far away from this company!”
“I ordered the Soiree Bouquet and paid almost $80 with delivery, and expected my friend to get a beautiful clear glass vase with an array of gerber daisies, roses and Lillies. What was delivered was a red jar vase (not pretty at all) filled with 2 red carnations, 1 red rose and some other white very small flowers. They looked like any cheap bunch of flowers you would pick up at your local grocery store for $12.99. I was embarrassed and incredibly upset. I called FTD and the most they would credit my was $17.00. I will NOT use FTD again.”
“Horrible they made the wrong delivery. They forgot to include the stuffed animal. We paid over $144 we called and told them they delivered the wrong flowers they said they would redeliver them twice. They never came. We ended up getting a refund, but that’s not the point. The point was these flowers were a surprise for our 2 year anniversary and they not only ruined the surprise but made us very frustrated by having to make four phone calls for the solution to never have been solved.”

“If I could give a minus 1000 I would. I ordered a large floor arrangement for $168 for my brothers funeral and was told not to worry that my arrangement would be delivered on Sunday. NOPE, it was not. A complete no show. I was modified, my husband had to rush to the local supermarket and buy a bunch of bouquets of flowers and make an arrangement. I was so embarrassed even though everyone understood. I will never recommend FTD, or online ordering. It seems I'm not the only unhappy custome FTD has. There are a lot. TAKE NOT FTD, and do something to fix it, or get out of the business.”

First I placed the order a day ahead to be sure my $200 dollar arrangements there were 3 would arrive on time The day of my event they were delivered it was 30 degrees here I was home with a ring doorbell right on the uncovered porch were they were No box no notification so those flowers sat out side until I just happened to open the front door ! There they were blooms bent over with petals falling off rose bent over totally ruined. I called and was promised a partial refund with a full replacement ok guess what the day of the event they never arrived! So I was promised a replacement order and a full refund. No flowers have arrived and I am waiting for my refund I just paid 200 dollars for frozen dead flowers that were supposed to be my beautiful center peice. Do not order from ftd”

When it did arrive I was incredibly embarrassed to receive a message from the recipient who had just lost her husband letting me know the terrible condition of the flowers. How awful.
