First of all no delivery. Called they said it was delivered. But never was. Then promised next day-still no delivery. Called and asked for supervisor who said flowers would be delivered that day. No flowers. He also advised that I should have low expectations that the flowers would be delivered! Then flowers delivered following day minus extra flowers promised for having missed the original date 3 days earlier for someone coming out of hospital who was home all the time.
Awful experience.
