I ordered flowers to be delivered to an in-law in Maryland whose father had just died, and FTD took 10 days to deliver them. I ordered them on a Friday and thought they’d be there on Monday, but Monday afternoon they called me and said delivery would be delayed by one day. Then they called me Tuesday and said the same thing. They also called me on Wednesday and Thursday. During that Thursday call, they promised to deliver the flowers on Friday and gave me a 20% credit on the order. On Friday, no call, and still no delivery. They eventually showed up on Monday. It was nice of them to give me a credit, and to call each day with an update, but 10 days is ridiculous and I’m a little miffed that they didn’t call me that Friday to let me know they were going to be unable to deliver them on that day, too. So, 2 stars. I won’t use them again.
