FTD committed on Dec. 5th to deliver the flower arrangement on the 6th. By Dec. 9th the flowers had not been delivered. On December 9th I was promised that the delivery would take place on the 10th. Did not happen. On December 11th, I was promised the delivery would be fulfilled that evening. I did not take place. On December 13th, I called and was told FTD had cancel my order because the floral arrangements was no longer available. Btw, it is still available on their website for people to order.
