I ordered flowers for a dear friend’s wake that was happening in another state from where I live and I could not attend.
I was supposed to receive an email confirmation once the delivery occurred. I did not receive that confirmation.
When I called customer service, I was told there was “an issue with the florist” and they would not be delivered. They couldn’t even deliver it the next day.
That’s it. That’s all they would tell me.
No notification, nothing.
Had I known, even earlier in the day I could’ve made other arrangements.
There’s no excuse for this.
