BUYER BEWARE!!! I Placed an order for my wife's birthday. When the arrangement arrived, I was highly dissapointed. Flowers were broken, others appeared to be dead or dying and the arrangement was crudely put together. I have purchased flowers in the past and was always satisfied. I called to complain and they offered a 30% refund on a $70.00 order. The appropriate response should have been a replacement. I will not be doing anymore business with FTD and I advise anyone who does to do so at their own risk. You have been warned.
