I am so very frustrated I placed an order to be delivered to someone in another state that is family and has cancer. I picked beautiful flowers that I liked. They were an all white bouquet. The ones she received were bright pinks, orange and red. I called and they stated they would send out the correct flowers that very day or the next. I talked to her and none received. I called again and they said oh, those can’t be delivered until the 14th now. Three days later. I verified the date again and then they said, oh we do not have those flowers. We will not be able to send until the 18th. A whole week later. I asked for a refund. I am very very angry!!!!!
