First of all my flowers, for my wifes birthday, were supposed to be here on her birthday. That did not happen. FTD decided to send them to UPS for delivery which added another day, so now they are late. Secondly, they arrived in a box all crunched together and wrapped tight. They were not in water, obviously, and the vase was also in the box. There was very little greenery to enhance the flowers, the neck of the vase was way too big and the flowers just looked terrible. They just spread out with spaces between each stem and flower. I was mad that this was over $100, and not worth it at all, and I was disappointed for my wife on her day. The flowers only lasted 3 days too. The whole ordeal was terrible and the flowers were ugly. I did go out locally and got a very nice flower arrangement that was beautiful and less expensive. Never again FTD, you ruined everything. I would not recommend you, and you lost a customer.
