I put an order in on 1/16/2025 for delivery on 1/20/25 and it did not make Mothers birthday its 3pm next day and it still has not arrived. I'm not understanding why they would send the order to a florist for delivery on a Monday when that ftd florist isn't even open on Mondays? It ruined my surprise gift and I will never ever use FTD again. I do not think they should even get a half star. And my order cast $103.00
