Where to I begin! First I placed the order a day ahead to be sure my $200 dollar arrangements there were 3 would arrive on time The day of my event they were delivered it was 30 degrees here I was home with a ring doorbell right on the uncovered porch were they were No box no notification so those flowers sat out side until I just happened to open the front door ! There they were blooms bent over with petals falling off rose bent over totally ruined. I called and was promised a partial refund with a full replacement ok guess what the day of the event they never arrived! So I was promised a replacement order and a full refund. No flowers have arrived and I am waiting for my refund I just paid 200 dollars for frozen dead flowers that were supposed to be my beautiful center peice. Do not order from ftd
